- Purchase of the Gift Certificate is not taxed however, purchase of goods with the certificate may be subject to tax.
- Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
- Backwater Outfitters is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the purchaser on this form.
- Gift Certificate expires one year from date issued.
- The Gift Certificate itself has no shipping fees however, items purchased with the certificate may be subject to shipping/handling fees.
